Breton Music

Traditional music is certainly one of the major strengths of our culture. Mostly played to accompany dancing, it can also be a support for contemplation or animate happy occasions. It can be played on any instrument as long as the musician has the proper spirit, but nothing will ever equal the biniou (Breton bagpipes) and bombard to express its strength.
The tradition of song, with its specificity, the "Kan ha Diskan", and the playing of music, come to us from the dawn of time and have weathered a thousand storms in order not to disappear. Thanks to the work of volunteers,
in particular of "Bodiged ar Sonerien", the expansion of bagadous is such that they now abound with musicians.
